Now that you've signed up with Weaver, you'll need to add your past projects to your profile to receive new tender opportunities.

💡 Clients want to be able to trust the contractors that we introduce on Weaver. Therefore, the better your profile, the higher you'll rank on our internal system.

This results in:

  1. Earlier access to tenders

  2. Increased tender alerts

  3. Improved chance of getting client responses

Below is our top do’s and don'ts to optimise your profile

Do

Add as many projects as possible

More experience means higher chances of being shortlisted for tender. Clients will be able to see the timeline of your work, with your profile acting as a portfolio. This is the first thing they see and will base their first opinion based on your profile.

Get your projects verified

Verified projects build trust. It tells the client that Weaver has verified this project and it is deemed legitimate. If you have any unverified projects, you can nudge your reference to provide some feedback — they will have received an email asking them to verify you.

Upload 5-10 quality images for each project

A good amount of photos from completed projects is what clients want to see! Having professional and clear photos will make you stand out from the crowd.

Include internal and external photos

It's a good idea to show off the internal works as well as the exterior for a good overview of the finish

Don’t

  • Have less than 5 images per past project

  • Upload too many ‘during construction’ photos

  • Include blurry or shaky images

  • Upload selfies!

Now, optimise your profile and start seeing the results!
