* Structural works involve changes made to the structure of the building, including beams, structural walls and foundations. Non-structural works do not affect the ability to support the weight of building(s) above.

** If you only have planning drawings right now, you can still submit your project and be introduced to contractors interested to chat at an earlier stage.

Essential = these documents contain the level of information that contractors expect to receive in order to produce a quote

Recommended = these documents contain an added level of information that will allow contractors quote with much more certainty

Not applicable = these documents are not needed for this type of project

Why this is important? 🎯

Great projects happen when contractors and homeowners are well matched. To achieve this both sides need to be equally verified. As the project owner you’re responsible for uploading sufficient documents to your Weaver project.

Recommended documents

In the first row of the table above, find your project type to see what documents we recommend you upload to your project on Weaver.

What's next?

Once you've uploaded your project drawings, Weaver will verify your project, to make sure all the right documents have been uploaded. Once this is done you should receive contractor matches within 72 hours. You can then start the conversation with them directly, and give them a call!
