To unlock new tenders within a budget range, you need to submit a past project on Weaver and provide details for at least one reference (this can be an architect or a homeowner).

You can add multiple references to each project. The more references you submit, the more trustworthy your profile seems to potential clients.

Clients will be able to see whether you provided a reference for a homeowner or architect, but will not see their personal details.

When does Weaver contact my reference?

We contact them as soon as you upload your past project, so that you can start receiving new tenders straight away.

How are they contacted?

Your reference will receive an automated email with a quick form asking them to confirm the project details provided. You can preview the form on the app by clicking the 'Preview the form we will send to your reference' button.
โ€‹

At the end of the form, they'll be asked to book in a call with us to verify them as a reference. They can book a time that suits them best.

You can let them know to expect Weaver to get in touch with them, so that we can verify your project sooner ๐ŸŽฏ

What questions does Weaver ask them?

During the call, we'll ask your reference:

  • to verify the project details such as cost of work, type of renovation, location and photos

  • their involvement in the project

  • questions about their general experience of working together on this project

Why do we do it? ๐Ÿ‘€

This verification process is what sets us apart from other businesses! When architects and homeowners use Weaver they can rest assured that each project has been vetted by us.

Itโ€™s what keeps architects and homeowners coming back to use Weaver.

If you have any questions, feel free to reach out to us via email on support@weaver.build or Live Chat. Weโ€™d love to hear from you โœจ
