At Weaver, we are dedicated to fostering long-lasting partnerships with contractors and ensuring that the tender opportunities we provide give you a fair chance at securing the project.
To uphold this commitment, we extend full refunds for individual tender purchases under specific circumstances.
โ
Contractors are eligible for a refund in the following scenarios:
No Initial Response: If you don't receive an initial response from the architect or homeowner.
Preemptive Rejection: In the unfortunate event of being rejected before you've had the chance to quote for the project.
Project Cancellation: If the project is canceled before you can submit a quote.
However, there are instances where a refund is not applicable:
Budget Concerns: If, after accepting the lead, you find the budget to be inadequate. The budget is displayed on the tender information alongside documents outlining the general works.
Lack of Progress: If you're not taken forward to quote by the project owner. Once you've accepted the tender, it becomes your role to articulate why your business is the perfect fit for the project.
Unsuccessful quote: If you quote for the project but another contractor wins the project.
Contractor's Decision: If you decided not to proceed with quoting.
