How to get back to your account when you've been logged out

Occasionally users are logged out of their Weaver account and are taken back to the first step of onboarding as shown in the photo below.

In this short guide, we'll show you how to get back to your account.

How to get back to your account

You simply have to clear your browsing data for the last hour to get back to your account. Here are the steps:

  1. Head to your Chrome settings

  2. Go to 'Privacy and Security'

  3. Select 'Clear browsing data'

  4. Select 'last hour' for the time range

  5. Make sure all boxes are ticked

  6. Tap 'Clear data'

  7. Refresh Weaver and log in with your username and password

Here is a short video showing you how it's done:

💡 Make sure you are using Google Chrome as that is the only browser that Weaver currently supports.
