How to update, change, or cancel your active subscription including billing and payment information

Access your Weaver billing page

You can easily manage any active subscriptions or payment details with these steps:

  1. Follow this link to access Weaver Billing

  2. Verify your account

  3. View all active plans

Update your billing

Once you are in Weaver Billing, update your plan by clicking on the yellow 'Update plan' button. You will then be able to select an option that works for you.

To add a payment method , click on 'Add payment method' text.

Cancel OR pause a subscription

🔥 Note on cancellations: when you cancel your subscription, you lose your member place (doesn't apply to pausing subscription) as we only allow a limited number of contractors to join Weaver in each location. At the pace of current growth, we are likely to be full up if you decide to resubscribe in the future.

To cancel or pause your subscription, book in a quick call here and we'll jump on it straightaway. We usually have slots available the same day.
